OMG!! There is no description to how well this is turning out. We sampled this after being on oak for 6 days...... has turned out spectacular. We might have a hard time letting this one go. It is beyond our expectations. We intend to submit this for competition, look out, because we think there is nothing to compare with this. BZ Max, your ideas rock!!!

Special Procedures

After fermentation transfer to carboy for secondary clairification and aging. Added a blended mix of toasted and untoasted oak for a week while setteling out.
