Procedure
Mash grains @ 145 for 1 hour and then sparge, collecting 6.5 gallons of wort. Add 2 lbs of LME and boil for 45 minutes and add irish moss. Add remainder of LME at flame out and mix holding for 2 minutes. Cool and pitch yeast. |
Special Procedures
Ferment for 4-5 days then add 5 lbs of crushed cherries. Just smash the cherry to break it open, but not enough to turn it into mush. |
